A Crisp, Fresh and Bright Caesar Salad


The Caesar Salad you are used to is probably heavy dressing with a side of lettuce! Now here is a Caesar you can feel good about! Feel free to substitute chopped Kale for Romaine for even more vitamins!

3 Heads Romaine Lettuce chopped


Caesar Salad Dressing

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Juice of 2 lemons

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 clove of fresh garlic minced

1/2 cup freshly grated parmigiano cheese

2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper


Whisk all ingredients together or shake up in a mason jar until emulsified


Serve over chopped romaine lettuce and top with freshly grated and slice parmigiano cheese. Top with additional ground black pepper
