Avocado Green Goddess Dip



This dip makes a perfect accompaniment to veggies for a healthy and filling snack or to serve for company. The dip is loaded with fresh herbs, tartness from the lemon juice and vinegar and packed with healthy proteins from Greek Yogurt and all the wonders of Avocado.


Serves 8-10

  • 1 cup non-fat greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup torn parsley leaves and some small stems

  • 1/4 cup mint leaves

  • 1 garlic clove roughly chopped

  • 1 avocado cut into pieces

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

  1. In a blender or food processor blend all ingredients until very smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with Veggies, Whole Grain Chips or Whole Wheat Pita Chips

  2. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
