Crunchy Chickpeas

Snack Attack!! My kids are always hungry for snacks and I want to make sure I am giving them filling, tasty and nutritious ones! These crunchy chickpeas have been a family favorite ever since my son was a toddler. You can season them up with any flavor you like! And you can adjust the cook time to make them a little softer for the younger kiddos. Of course these aren't just for kids! I serve them for company all the time and they are great for cocktail hour.

Feel free to double up the recipe to make a big batch!

1 Box or can of organic Chickpeas or Garbanzo Beans rinsed

1 tsp olive oil

3/4 tsp flaky sea salt

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Pinch of black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Dry chickpeas well and add olive oil and seasoning. Toss to coat.

Roast chickpeas for 25-28 minutes depending on how crunchy you like them

Store in an airtight container for 3 days
