Crunchy Strawberry Bites

I love to make healthy snacks fun to eat! This is not only something I enjoy doing for kids, but also for myself. When we eat something boring, even if it is healthy, it isn't the most inspiring! But this one bite snack is crunchy, fruity and filling!

Makes 12

  • 12 strawberries, stems removed

  • 1/4 cup natural crunchy peanut butter at room temperature

  • 1/2 cup puffed brown rice cereal

  1. Place the strawberries on a toothpick, popsicle stick or lollipop stick with the point side up. If you are serving this for kids be sure to choose something that doesn't have a sharp end

  2. Place the peanut butter and cereal in two separate small bowls

  3. Dip the strawberry into the peanut butter and gently swirl around until all is covered

  4. Dip into the rice cereal and swirl around

  5. Serve right away
