Fresh Fruit Ice Pops

Let’s talk about ALLERGIES. I was the only one I knew of growing up that had food allergies, more specifically anaphylactic allergies to tree nuts. So that meant Ice Pops at birthday parties when everyone else was eating yummy cake! I learned to cook because I can’t easily eat from a bakery, ice cream shop, take out restaurant, so if I’m craving it, I better cook it! I don’t resent Ice Pops, in fact I love homemade fruit filled ones. My son chose colors of the rainbow that we blended up with a little water and a teaspoon of honey powder. Have fun and get creative!

2 Cups of your Favorite Fresh Fruit roughly chopped- ideas: grapes, watermelon, berries, plums, peaches

Juice of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 orange

1 cup water

1 tsp honey power

Blend all ingredients until mostly smooth (some fruit chunks are really good in the pops! Pour into ice pop molds. You can save any leftovers and make into a smoothie with some Greek Yogurt!
