Strawberry Mango Ice Pops

I love making homemade fruit ice pops. You can get creative with the flavors using whatever fruit you have excess of! And layering with different colors and flavors makes it so fun to eat.

Makes 6 Ice Pops

  • 1 mango peeled and cut into chunks

  • Juice of 1 orange divided

  • 4 tsp agave nectar divided

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries halved

Special Equipment Needed- Blender and Silicone Ice Pop Molds

  1. In a blender add mango, juice of half an orange, 2 tsp agave and 1/2 cup water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into ice pop molds filling halfway, put on tops. Freeze for 2 hours

  3. Wash blender and repeat the process with strawberries, juice of half an orange, 2 tsp agave and 1/2 cup water. Refrigerate the mixture.

  4. After the mango pops have froze very carefully open the individual molds and pour in the strawberry mixture to the top. Allow to freeze completely and enjoy!
