Tzatziki Sauce




When I am making Greek Food this is the perfect accompaniment for pretty much anything! Chicken, Lamb, Meatballs, Veggies, Pita, you name it an I bet it tastes good dipped into this delicious and creamy sauce.


Serves 4

  • 1 cup non-fat greek yogurt

  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • 2 tsp chopped fresh mint

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

  • 2/3 cup peel and diced cucumbers

  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Can be stored in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
