When I am making Greek Food this is the perfect accompaniment for pretty much anything! Chicken, Lamb, Meatballs, Veggies, Pita, you name it an I bet it tastes good dipped into this delicious and creamy sauce.
Serves 4
1 cup non-fat greek yogurt
1 clove garlic minced
2 tsp chopped fresh mint
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2/3 cup peel and diced cucumbers
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Can be stored in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
